My name is Nikki, and I, like you, contain multitudes. I move and hold and evolve as I walk through my life, and so it becomes difficult to choose Names to contain myself. Names hold power in many ways.
Witch Artist
I've been a practicing Witch since I was a young teen, and now as I am moving closer to 50 years on this Earth, I still feel called to the power in the Name - Witch.
I've been an artist for just as long. It does not surprise me that I found art and magic at the same time. They are inextricably entwined.
Art & Magic for Resistance
I am a woman of the resistance to oppressive systems and actions in the world around me; Witches, Magical Folk, Artists - we have always been disruptors. There are so many pathways to do this - some of us are in the streets and marches; some of us are writing letters and enhancing the collective knowing; some of us are in our art and magic, creating depth to soul and Visioning in a new way to live. All is needed.
